We stand behind our products from sourcing to shipping.  As such, we want you to be happy with your order. We’ll do our best to be fair and reasonable when dealing with returns, refunds and exchanges and we hope you’ll do the same. After all, drinking and eating got to give us happy moments.

RETURNS


Returns by Mail in the US
For any edible items, we can only accept returns they’re unopened for safety reasons. Due to the delicate nature of the products, there are different returning periods. For any opened edible items, we charge 35% of the purchasing price for a disposal fee.

Organic Matcha and Organic Hojicha Powder: Please return within 15 days of purchase.

Organic Dark Hojicha Loose Tea & Storing Jar: Please return within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to return any item for any reason, please contact us at support@taranitea.com as early as possible so that we can take care of it better and faster together with you. *Please email us with the email address you used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Tea Samples cannot be returned.

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

International purchases cannot be returned, but we like to resolve issues in a creative way. Please get in touch with us at contact@taranitea.com.

REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that some refunds may take more than usual to process depending on your bank or credit institution.
