Seasoning has never been simpler!
What you need: coarse sea salt and a large pinch (or more, to taste) of matcha powder or hojicha powder
How to: Combine the sea salt and tea powder of your choice and add to a coffee grinder or a mortar and pestle. Grind together and sprinkle on anything, including tempura-fried veggies, fish, chicken, popcorn or eggs!
