Gooey Chewy Matcha Sesame Balls

Craving something savory, sweet and chewy? Meet your new favorite treat to satisfy all three - our black sesame matcha rolls! 

What you need: 180 grams of glutinous rice flour, 20 grams of bread flour (or tapioca starch), 10 grams of milk powder, 120 grams of milk, 60 grams of vegetable oil, 20 grams of roasted black sesame seeds, 1 egg at room temperature, 1 tbsp of matcha, and a pinch of salt

How to: Preheat oven to 365 F. Mix together all of the above ingredients in a bowl. Roll the dough and divide into 12 balls. Spray water onto rolls, then bake for 20 minutes, or until slightly brown.
